Long Term Lease Solution
We offer built to suit office space for a period of nine years lease and three years of lock-in. The lease allows the tenant to use the premises for at least the period of nine years with an escalation effected every three years. In this arrangement lessee (tenant) has a right to vacat the premises after a minimum period of 3 years. However the lessor (in this case) cannot ask to vacate the premises for a period of 9 years subject to terms and conditions.

For each project, a full-time Project Manager is provided who meets with the tenant on a weekly basis and conducts job meetings with all consultants and tenant’s representatives to ensure proper communication of project scope, objectives and work progress.
